Lana Pargh puts her more than 17 years of architecture and design experience to use for her real estate clients. She received a Bachelor of Architecture & Design from the University of Tennessee and believes her education and appreciation for structure, design and engineering can help support her clients in making decisions when purchasing, selling, renovating or investing in a home.

Often times, Lana’s clients become her dearest friends because they end up having such a bond after the buying, selling or remodeling process.

Combined with her business partner and husband Franklin Pargh, and their agents, the team generated more than $85 million in sales in 2020. Lana and Franklin are the founding agents for the Nashville office of Compass Real Estate.
